Returns and Exchanges

All damages must be submitted for approval no later than 2 weeks for domestic and 3 weeks for international customers from the date of receiving the merchandise
All returns/exchanges must be approved by Honey Punch
Any returns or exchanges without approval or proof of purchase WILL NOT be accepted
All items must be returned to us in their original condition. Any items with signs of wear, label changes, etc.
WILL NOT be accepted for return or exchanges
Special Pricing/Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
After a damage/return/exchange is agreed upon, goods must be received in a timely manner
Time limitations and re-stocking fee is subject to change
