Email pictures of damaged/return merchandise with your company name and order #
  • All damages must be submitted for approval no later than 2 weeks for domestic and 3 weeks for international customers from the date of receiving the merchandise
  • All returns/exchanges must be approved by Honey Punch
  • Any returns or exchanges without approval or proof of purchase WILL NOT be accepted
  • All items must be returned to us in their original condition. Any items with signs of wear, label changes, etc. WILL NOT be accepted for return or exchanges
  • Special Pricing/Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • After a damage/return/exchange is agreed upon, goods must be received in a timely manner
  • Time limitations and re-stocking fee is subject to change
